A return envelope sent to a Mr. Billie Hayes, of Warrior, AL., from the Distilleries Sales Co. of Kansas City, MO. The complete package contained a cover letter, five inserts and order forms, and a return envelope. The original mailing envelope is dated November, 1911. It measures 9-1/2" x 4-1/8".
