A return envelope sent to a Mr. Billie Hayes, of Warrior, AL., from the Distilleries Sales Co. of Kansas City, MO. The complete package contained a cover letter, five inserts and order forms, and a return envelope. The original mailing envelope is dated November, 1911. The envelope measures 6" x 3-1/2".
