It took a while for the tables to
start yielding glasses, but there were some excellent exhibits to look at,
including an impressive array of mini-jugs (not shown) and an
"outhouse treasures" collection of pottery shards (I think we
were supposed to be looking at the bottles actually).

Ralph Van Broklin also had a nice bottle exhibit but it was difficult to focus on anything other that his go-withs tucked among the bottles. These included several ultra-rare Western shots - that's a common (!) white etched "Tea Cup" from Shea-Bocqueraz & Co., San Francisco, and then both label-under and enamel shots from Varwig and Son, Portland OR. | |
