Louis A Levy and Conrad Glosking, wholesalers listed in directories 1909-1919, but they were operating for some time prior to this date. Delaware state tax records for 1905 show that Levy & Glosking had paid $100 for a license to produce alcoholic liquors, and they were owners or co-owners of a distillery on North St in Dover, DE. The distillery appears as RD# 30 of the Maryland tax district, for reasons unknown.
