A cover letter from a package mailed out by the Fels Distilling Co. of Kansas City, MO. The package contained two coupons, each good for a free quart of whiskey, a price list and order forms for their various products, and a return envelope. The cover letter is dated Sept. 26, 1916 and measures 8-1/2" x 11".
