A coupon good for a bottle of "Old Amor" whiskey, from H. W. Huguley Co. of Boston, MA. It measures 5-3/4" x 2" and is undated, although it likely predates the 1906 Pure Food law. One side gives information on opening hours and address of the Boston store, the obverse provides an blank address form to be used if the holder wished to receive a free calender.
