A flyer with order form from W. R. Riley Dist'g Co., of Kansas City, MO. It measures 11-3/4" x 5-3/4" and is undated, aside from the "191_" shown on the order form. It is identified as "Form 114". This side (side 1) consists of two panels, the first showing details of an offer on "Riley's Prairie Rose" and "Flag Staff" whiskey, the second offering "Camp Creek" whiskey. The obverse (side 2) shows bottles of various products offered in "Special No. 88" and also package deals of "Riley's Meadow Farm."
