A flyer and order form from the Vogt-Applegate Co. of Louisville, KY., and Kansas City, MO. It advertises "A.M. Stork Overproof Whiskey" which is purported to be straight from the barrel and undiluted. The name seems a take-off on A.M. Smith of Minneapolis? The flyer folds into 2 panels, each measuring 3-1/2" x 6-1/4".
