A paper plate? or other advertising item from Glasner & Barzen of Kansas City, MO. It appears to have been trimmed at some point, obscuring its function. On one side is an image of a young woman, on the obverse, information on the company and its promise to customers. The "...38 years of square dealing" quote dates it to 1911. It measures 6" in diameter.
