It advertises "Autocrat Whiskey" and features an old German couple with the man holding a bottle and an etched shot glass on the table. The shot glass reads "Old Autocrat". The rim of the tray bears two images of a bottle of Autocrat Whiskey. The tray was manufactured by The Meek Company, Coshocton, OH.
