The image on the celluloid cover is that of a barrel with advertising in black text on the end: "A Choice Whiskey For Choice People / ESTABLISHED 1852 / G.W. JONES / OLD / Monongahela / PURE / Whiskey / DOUBLE DISTILLED / ON COPPER. / BOTTLED IN BOND / TRY IT BUY IT.". It measures 3" by 2" and was made by the Parisian Novelty Co. of Chicago, IL.
