An order from the Kentucky Valley Distilling Co. of Buffalo, NY., requesting that a barrel of gin be released from storage with the American Household Storage Co., also of Buffalo. It is dated December 30, 1918 and measures 8-1/2" x 7" although it may orginally have been longer.
