A clear, crystal, back-bar bottle once used to dispense "Old I. W. Harper" Whiskey from Bernheim Bros. of Louisville, KY. It stands 10-1/2" tall and has approximately 14 flutes cut into the base. The label is deeply engraved in the waisted body of the decanter and filled with gold; it includes the company monogram, "BB".
