A clear, crystal, back-bar bottle once used to dispense "Old I. W. Harper" Whiskey from Bernheim Bros. of Louisville, KY. It stands 11" tall and has 14 flutes cut into the base. The label is deeply engraved in the body of the decanter and filled with gold; it includes the company monogram, "BB".
