A clear glass back-bar decanter with ground stopper advertising B&B Maryland Rye from Bluthenthal & Bickart of Atlanta, GA. and Baltimore, MD. It measures 8-1/2" tall (without the stopper) and about 5" at the widest point. The label is incised and gold-filled. The base of the decanter appears to have a ground pontil. The ground area is about 1" in diameter, is concave to about 1/8" depth at the center, and is marked "010".
