A green glass bottle covered by wicker or cane basketry with a partial paper color label containing a circular logo for Cunningham "Choice Old Kentucky" whiskey, from Paul Friedman of San Francisco, CA.

The label includes a circular logo that reads CUNNINGHAM (arched caps) / HAND MADE / COPPER DISTILLED / WHISKEY (centered) / PAUL FRIEDMAN / 312 BATTERY ST. S. F. / ...ICE OLD KENTUCKY (reverse arch).

The circular logo is at the top of a larger red-white-blue shield with WHISKEY in large caps at center, and PAUL FRIEDMAN / SAN FRANCISCO / CAL below that in smaller letters. The label also continued to right of the shield with the wording HAND / MADE / SOUR / MASH with a much larger partial script lettering Wh(iskey).

The bottle stands 9-1/2" tall, and about 4" at base (a bit more including the basketry). The mouth has an inside screw finish, but the screw cap is missing.
