Hotel Butler listed from 1915-1916.
Thomas (WBW, p. 8) shows a flask from this hotel with the city clearly identified, along with the torch design, on the label. He cites others who claimed it to existed in 1884, but could only find documentary evidence for it from 1915-1916. It was located on 2 nd Ave at the NW corner of James, with Cheshire Mitchell in the position of Manager.
