This glass is not listed but a similar glass is in HSG, p. 101, entry #9.

The brothers were originally (1881) Theodore and Adolph H Kortlander, but later letterheads (see below) also list Jos and G Kortlander.

Brand names used by this company include: "Brighton", "Brighton Club", "Guckenheimer", "Kentucky Club", "M V Monarch", "Mellwood", "Old Crow", "Ridgewood", and "Sovereign."
