This is probably the older of the two known FVB glasses because the glass itself is crude and full of bubbles. Both glasses I've owned have had significant rim damage, consistent with age.
Gustave Mayer was a liquor dealer and also proprietor of the National Liquor Co., about 1915-1918 (OASG)
