Monticello Distilling Co. were operators. 1907: The taxable value of distilled spirits for this year was $392,008. The distillery was still owned or operated by Monticello Distilling Co. 1909: The taxable value of distilled spirits for the Monticello Distilling Co. for this year was $355,520.
