The distillery was located on Reservoir Ave, later known as Mellwood Ave. Insurance underwriter records compiled in 1892 suggest that the distillery was new and brick and iron-clad construction. The property included at least two warehouses:
Warehouse F -- brick with a metal or slate roof and located 60 ft NW of the still.
Warehouse G -- brick with a metal or slate roof, located 60 ft north of the still.
