Insurance underwriter records compiled in 1892 suggest that the distillery was located within Falmouth. It supplied two bonded warehouses which were adjoining:
Warehouse A -- iron-clad construction with a metal or slate roof, located 50 ft SE of the still
Warehouse B -- iron-clad construction with a metal or slate roof, located 75 ft SE of the still.

At that time, it was being operated Chipman & Riggle, late McDonald & Holt.
