Insurance underwriter records compiled in 1892 suggest that the distillery was of frame construction with a shingle roof. The property included cattle pens 100 ft south of the still house, and two bonded warehouses: Warehouse A -- frame construction with a shingle roof, located 280 ft east of the still. The warehouse was a part of the stables. Warehouse B -- also frame construction with a shingle roof, located 410 ft east of the still. At that time, the still was being operated by E & E Million, late Alex Pence. |
