Insurance underwriter records compiled in 1892 suggest that the distillery property included a two bonded warehouses:
The first held barrels belonging to the late Frazier & Martin company and was of frame construction with a shingle roof, located 300 ft NW of the still.
The second was also of frame construction with a shingle roof, located 90 ft north of the still, and the conents were being held for Lane & Frazier.
