Insurance underwriter records compiled in 1892 suggest that the 26 x 26 ft distillery was of log construction. The property included a single 12 x 14 ft bonded warehouse of frame construction with a shingle roof, 300 ft from the still. At that time, it was owned by J Griffin & Son. |
