Information from insurance underwriter records compiled in 1892 suggest that the distillery property included a single frame warehouse, 60 ft from the still. It held less than 50 barrels. The distillery had a capacity of 8 bushels. At the time, it was being run by Thos. Pritchard, "late Pritchard & McMillan". |
