RD #27, 2 nd District
Graves County, KY

Insurance underwriter records compiled in 1892 suggest that the distillery was of frame construction with a shingle roof. The property included four warehouses, three bonded, one free. All were frame with a shingle roof, but may have been owned by different individuals (different names appear to the left of the warehouse listings, but it is not clear from the records that there is a clear correlation between an individual warehouse and its ownership).

Listings read as follows:

Harper & Riley, late Harper & Dulaney -- Warehouse A, 94 ft west of the still
Harper & Alexander, warehouse B, 90 ft NW of the still
Harper & Clark, -- Warehouse C, 120 ft NE of the still
Harper & Yarbrough -- Free Warehouse, 112 ft NE of the still.
