David Netter & Co. listed from 1898-1920. Up until 1897, David Netter was a part of Netter Bros but leaves to set up on his own business in partnership with Jacob Marcus, although the city directory identifies the business as "aluminum". David Netter & Co. continued at 441-445 Market from 1898 through to Prohibition. In 1921, they are still in place but identified as "Merchandise Brokers". The 1925 directory fails to show the company, although there is a David Netter living in the Ritz Carlton. Brand names used by this company include: "The Telegram Rye", and "The Telegram Rye."
