According to Thomas (WBW), the company was established by Roger D Levy and Emil Ofner. It was located on Hewett Ave, better known as the city's Saloon district, and was both a retail and wholesale operation.

In 1905, Ofner sold out to Levy, who continued on his own until 1911, when the Local Option Dry Law closed all saloons.

In 1913, the local dry law was repealed by voters and the Everett Liquor Co. reopened under the control of Fred G Brown. It continued until state Prohibition was enacted on Jan. 1, 1916.
