In 1874 and for several years therafter, "Farnam" appears as "Farnham." Somewhere between 1878 and 1883 there was a city-wide street renumbering. 1889, 1890, & 1891 directory copies are missing and then in 1892 the "Wines & Liquor" category has condensed to a single company and remains scant for the subsequent years, until 1916.
