1885: The Anderson & Nelson Distilleries Co. was incorporated with Herman Becurts, President, Fred W. Adams, Secretary and Manager. Geo Buchanan managed sales. The financing for the reorganization was provided by the UK-based Paris, Allen & Co. The company by this time controlled six distillery warehouses and nine major brands

1892: Insurance underwriter records list several warehouses and other buildings at the site. The warehouses were all brick (save one) with metal or slate roofs:
Warehouse -- Finck No 3 -- a Free warehouse located 56 ft south of the still(s).
Warehouse -- Finck -- located 56 ft south of the still(s)
Warehouse -- Nelson -- located 25 ft south of the still(s)
Warehouse -- Buchanan -- located 45 ft east of the still(s)
Warehouse -- Louisville Storage -- located 300 ft south of the still(s)
Warehouse -- Finck No 2 -- located 550 ft SW of the still(s). This warehouse was frame.
Warehouse -- 'E' -- located 900 ft south of the still(s) on Hamilton Ave at the corner of Payne.

Additional building included a cattle shed, grain elevator, and Hot or Quick ageing houses. At that time, it was being operated by Nelson Distillery Co., by F W Adams.

1905: The company and its distilleries became a part of the Trust (KD&W).

1920-1933: During prohibition the warehouses of the company were used by the American Medicinal Spirits Co. for concentration warehouses. but the distillery was ultimately razed and not rebuilt upon Repeal.
