Message: Take yer groceries with ya Clint, AND yer Crown cause they banned Liquor Stores in Maine "Last Year" according to the locals. There are Stocks of beer and liquor in certain stores, everyone drives down to New Hampshire for tax free booze. The Restaurants are really pricey, and the food portions are very small. And the locals make no bones about letting ya know that they are after yer dollars any way they can get em. If ya go to Bar Harbor your best buy is the Atlantic Brewing Company, good Barbeque and great micro beer, make sure and try the BarleyWine, it kicks A$$! Buy and cook yer own lobster, the price fresh is about $7.99 a LB, cooked for ya at a restaurant, its about $23.00 a lb, and their lobsters are babies compared to everywhere else...$6.50 for a shot of Crown...
